Mercedes SL 300

We love the R107, so much so that we have two on our fleet and you may ask why. The reason is that R107 was in our (humble) opinion was the last over engineered convertible that Mercedes made before becoming a portal for the bean counters.

MERCEDES BENZ SL (R107) ; in its class, simply the best!

We have a 1988 300SL in red and a 1987 420SL in metallic blue. Both are beautiful motor cars which provide effortless driving and immense pleasure. They are the ultimate cruiser being both extremely comfortable with more than sufficient power on tap from silky smooth engines. To enjoy these cars to the maximum we’d advise heading off the beaten track away from congested motorways / dual carriageways and into the countryside; ultimately though, the choice is yours but either way, with the top down, it doesn’t get much better.
